June 2025 Paint-outs

Rose Festival and Rose blooming weather is here. So we have to get out there and "Paint the roses red" as Lewis Carroll said.

Friday, June 6:  Paint Fleet Week Ships from Vera Katz Eastbank Trail near  Morrison Bridge, from 10am to 12:30pm. No restrooms. Bring earplugs, I5 is noisy. 

Saturday, June 7:  Paint Dragon Boat Races and views of downtown Portland from the OMSI. 1945 SE Water Ave. from 10am to 12:30pm. Paid parking at the OMSI or free parking under 99W at Oregon Rail Heritage Center,. Restrooms inside the OMSI.

 

Tuesday, June 10:  Paint Water Lilies in Tanner Springs Park, NW 10th Ave & Marshall Street, from 10am  to 12:30pm. Street paid parking along NW Flanders, and NW Marshall.

 

Thursday, June 12th: Paint Peninsula Park Rose Garden at N. Albina and N Ainsworth from 10am to 12:30pm.

 

Tuesday, June 17th: Paint International Rose Test Garden, 400 SW Kingston Ave, from 10am to 12:30pm.

 

Wednesday, June 25th:  Paint Wednesday Market scenes in Shemanski Park, SW Main and SW Park Ave, from 10am to 12:30pm. Up to 4 hr parking along SW 10th.
