October 2026 Paint-outs
Plein air painters: The pumpkins are out and the leaves are turning. Great time to be painting outdoors. All the paint-outs this month are scheduled for the afternoon. However, you can arrive at any time and stay as long as you like. Here is the paint-out calendar for October: Thursday, October 8 : Paint pumpkins and skeletons at Cornell Farm, 8212 SW Barnes Road from 1 pm to 3pm. Coffee, food, restrooms,...please park in the back to leave room for Cornell Farm customers. Thursday, October 15 : Paint the fall colors in Cathedral Park under the St. John's Bridge from 1pm to 3pm. Meet near the bathrooms. Thursday, October 22 : Paint the pumpkins at New Seasons Market, 2170 NW Raleigh St, from 1pm to 3pm. Coffee, restrooms, pumpkins, food, parking...what's not to like. Thursday, October 29 : Paint Pittock Mansion from 1pm to 3pm. This is our Bob Ross Birthday paint-out. Everyone can come as Bob Ross or any painter in costume. Keep painting outdoors, Brooks
