  In an attempt to pick the driest days for painting this month, I am scheduling both paint-out dates on this Thursday and next Thursday.   Thursday, November 9: Paint the Oregon Vietnam Veterans Memorial, 4000 SW Canyon Rd., from 1pm to 3:30pm. Parking and restrooms at Oregon Zoo.   Thursday, November 16: Paint Lake Oswego in full fall colors from Milwaukie Bay Park, 11211 SE McLoughlin Blvd, from 10am to 12:30pm.   Keep painting and stay dry, Brooks http://www/pleinairbrooks.org
